These terms explain how orders, payments, citation work, delivery and revisions are handled when purchasing services from Local Citation Expert.

Local Citation Expert provides local citation building, business listing creation, NAP consistency work, listing correction, niche and country specific citations, directory submission, competitor citation research and related citation services. Your order covers the work described in the selected package or custom offer.
Payment is required when an order is placed through the website or an approved ordering platform. The price, quantity and included work shown for the selected package at checkout determine the scope of that order.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate business information, including your business name, address, phone number, website, target location and other details required for the selected service. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the work.
Citation submissions and applicable listing work are performed manually according to the package purchased. Existing listings may be checked before new submissions are made to reduce unnecessary duplicate citations.
Third party directories operate independently from Local Citation Expert. Directory availability, submission rules, approval requirements and free or paid listing options may change. If a selected directory is unavailable or unsuitable, an appropriate alternative may be used where applicable.
Some directories may require email, phone, postcard, account or other business-owner verification. When client action is required, instructions or notes may be provided. Final publication and approval remain subject to the individual directory's policies.
Completed orders may include a citation report containing submitted URLs, listing information, account details where applicable, and notes regarding pending listings or verification requirements. Delivery contents depend on the service purchased.
Estimated delivery times are displayed with the applicable package or custom offer. Delays caused by missing client information, required verification, third party directory processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend completion time.
If delivered work does not match the agreed order requirements, please contact us with the relevant details. Eligible corrections or revisions will be handled according to the package purchased and the nature of the issue.
Cancellation or refund requests should be made before work begins whenever possible. Once research, account creation, directory submission or other customized work has started, a full refund may not be available. Any applicable refund will depend on the amount of work already completed and the circumstances of the order.
Citations can support local search visibility and NAP consistency, but no specific Google, Google Maps, Local Pack or search ranking is guaranteed. Rankings depend on many factors outside the citation service, including competition, website authority, Google Business Profile optimization and search engine algorithms.
Business directories, search engines and other third party websites are not controlled by Local Citation Expert. Their policies, features, availability, processing times and listing status can change without notice.
By ordering, you confirm that you are authorized to provide and use the submitted business information and to request creation, correction or management of the relevant business listings.
Information supplied for an order is used to communicate with you and perform the requested service. Please remember that citation services involve publishing business information on public third party directories as part of the requested work.
A submitted citation is not always published immediately. Some directories approve listings instantly, while others review, verify or process submissions independently. Directory processing time does not mean the citation work was not completed.
